Senior Chromebook Check In: Ticket booth – May 30
-
- Senior Chromebooks, chargers, and bags will be turned in at the Ticket Booth, in the Commons on May 30th.
- If seniors are missing any items, they can pay for what is missing at the financial office. If you do not want to wait in a long line, visit the financial office as soon as possible.
- “Senior Remediation” seniors that are identified by the high school counselors will be given a specific form by the counselors to take to the ticket booth on May 30th. The student will then have their Chromebook re-enabled and re-checked out to them for the summer (this is for seniors only). SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS ATTENDING “SUMMER ACADEMY OR ONLINE SUMMER SCHOOL” WILL NOT KEEP THEIR CHROMEBOOKS–THEY MUST BE TURNED IN TO THEIR FLEX TEACHER!
- Seniors must have their Chromebooks, bags, and chargers turned in and fines cleared in order to receive their yearbook and cap and gown for graduation.
Sophomore and Junior Check In: FLEX Teacher – May 30
10th & 11th grade students will turn in their Chromebook, charger, and bag to their Flex teacher
- Teachers will check and accept the individual Chromebook, Chromebook bag, and power supply from the student. The teacher will check the condition of all items. If students are missing anything they will not be able to pick up their yearbook until their fines are paid. If you do not want to wait in a long line, visit the financial office as soon as possible.
- When students return to school next school year, they will pick up their same Chromebook from their same Flex teacher (Flex teachers do not change).
- If a teacher moves classrooms over the summer the Chromebooks will be moved to the new classroom with the teacher (Chromebooks stay with the Flex teacher).
