Online registration for all returning students, grades K-12 begins Monday, July 28. Contact MHS if you would like to register a returning student in person.

New MCSD Student Registration

If your student has never been enrolled in the MCSD you may register online beginning Monday, July 28. If your student has previously attended any MCSD school, registration must be completed at the school during the designated registration day. https://www.murrayschools.org/registration-page/

All new students, must bring a copy of the following to the school on their assigned registration day below (if they have not already done so):

  • Student’s original (certified) birth certificate, passport, or I-94
  • Student’s immunization records
  • Two proofs of residency* for students living within school boundaries. Email of acceptance for out of district students (as this establishes proof of residency)
  • Please note, new HS students must also bring school transcripts from 9th grade to present

Class placement/schedule information for all students (elementary and secondary) will be visible by August 8, 2025.

*Proof of residency: Dated within 60 Days: Lease agreement, mortgage statement or utility bill, and one document from the following: driver’s license, letter from approved government agency, payroll stub, bank/CC statement, vehicle registration/insurance, medical bill; Dated within 12 months: W-2 form, property tax bill.

Please note, the following DO NOT establish residency: power of attorney, letters from family/friends, property owned in boundaries, PO box.

Sophomore Orientation

Incoming sophomores and their families are invited to come to MHS on August 14 from 8:00 am to noon for a self-led orientation and tour. Our 2025-26 Student Body Officers will be onsite to answer questions.
