Please review the following information regarding schedule changes for second semester:

  1. To make schedule changes students will need to sign up using the QR code that is found on the counseling center window and in most classrooms. Students can also use this link

  2. Miscellaneous schedule changes are not being made.  For example, teacher changes, swapping periods, changing lunches, etc.

  3. Students only need to sign up for an appointment using the QR code one time. Once they are on the list, they will be called down.  We have a very large number of students requesting changes and so it may take a few days.

  4. When your student’s counselor has availability, your student will be called out of class for their schedule change.  IF they are not in class, they will be placed at the bottom of the schedule change list.  Please tell your students to BE IN CLASS.

  5. If a student has a “hole” in their schedule, have your student come directly to the counseling center during the period that they do not have a class scheduled (hole).  We will get a class added during that class period.
