Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,


Next week, February 23rd-February 27th, Murray High School will be doing remote learning. This will provide the restoration company the time they need to do the proper cleanup for a safe return for our students and staff.

Expectations of Students: Next week, students will follow the normal school A/B school bell schedule. There will be NO flex periods at all next week. School will start at 8:31am everyday, A2/B2. Teachers will be uploading their class assignments and work to be done by students by 8:15am each morning. Attendance will be required. Teachers will take attendance based on completion of student work. If students complete the work provided they will be mark as "present" if they do not complete and submit the work they will be marked "absent". The expectation will be that students must complete the work by 3:00pm that day in order for their attendance to be marked as "present" Teachers will not be on Zoom or Google Meet, however, they will be available during school hours for students to send emails or messages on Canvas to get help or answer to their questions. 

​Lunch: ​Students who participate in the lunch program, ​a daily ​sack breakfast and sack lunch will be available at Hillcrest Jr. High and Riverview Jr. High from 7:30am-8:00am for pickup. Students will need to enter their student I.D numbers when picking up. 

We apologize for this inconvenience. If students ​have any questions on the assignments ​provided on Canvas, please reach out directly to ​them for help. They are willing and prepared to make this remote week the best possible.
