Dear MHS Seniors, Parents, and Guardians,

Graduation on May 26, 2027 will be here before you know it, and the Murray High Counseling Department is excited to support you through this monumental year. To help ensure a smooth transition to life after high school, counselors will be conducting small-group Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR) meetings from Monday, September 14 through Tuesday, September 22. These 1-hour sessions will cover:

• Graduation credit checks and remaining high school requirements

• Post-secondary options (college, trade school, entering the workforce, military, etc.)

• Higher education admission requirements, deadlines, and financial opportunities

How to Schedule Your PCCR Meeting

• Scheduling Window: Tuesday, September 1 through Tuesday, September 8

• Where to Register: Visit our scheduling portal and follow detailed instructions below.

• Important: You only need to sign up for one 1-hour session. Please be sure to select a time slot hosted by your student’s assigned counselor.

• Note: If you do not schedule an appointment by September 8, a time will be automatically assigned to you.

How to set up your CCR
Step by Step Scheduling Instructions

1. Visit the scheduling portal 
a. Choose your school (Murray High School) from the drop-down list.
b. click “GO.”
c. Enter the school password for Murray High--
The password is: SPARTANS 
This is the most important step!
d. Enter your Murray High School “Student ID”. This is your student (lunch)
number.
e. Verify your student’s date of birth.
f. You will see box that says “SENIOR CCR”. Please click that and you
will then see the days/times available for you and your student to
choose from.
g. You will then see available time slots to schedule your appointment.
h. Select the day and time that works best for your schedule.
i. Enter your e-mail address (highly recommended) if you would like an e-mail
reminder sent to you. (Your e-mail address is kept private.)
j. Once you have finished, you can confirm your appointment details and print
your conference schedule.
