Internships are available in a wide variety of career choices. Internships provide experiences for students to leave MHS campus and have a mentor in a local employer. Internships extend the formal classroom learning into the community for those students in a focused CTE pathway.

GFL and Dig Studies
The General Financial Literacy (GFL) course for juniors and seniors encompasses standards that are essential to the development of basic financial literacy. Students will gain the information and skills to implement a lifelong plan for financial success.

The Digital Studies (0.5 credit) requirement for secondary school graduation is intended to advance students from being computer users to being computationally literate creators. To achieve this, Local Education Agencies (LEAs) may choose for students to take one of six approved courses or met the need of graduation requirements pertaining to Utah State Board of Education (USBE) rules.
The Digital Studies credit includes competencies associated with the field/discipline of computing, aligned to current trends in technology, provide problem solving, reasoning, communication, and computational thinking.
