Parent Teacher Conferences are happening Wednesday, November 20th from 3:30pm-7:00pm. Please see the information below to help you navigate the virtual conferences.
1. All conferences are on Zoom. Teachers will be sending home individual links home for their classes over Parent Square. Please check your email for those links.
2. From 3:30pm-4:30pm conferences are by invitation only. This allows teachers to reach out to students and parents they feel may need more support in their classes. If you are not contacted for one of these meetings you are free to join any teacher’s Zoom at 4:30pm. If you can only meet before then, please reach out to teachers directly.
3. 4:30pm-7:00pm. Open Zoom Conferences. If you go to a Zoom link and are placed in the waiting room, that means the teachers is on with another family. These waiting rooms are ordered first-come first-serve. Once it is your turn, the teacher will add you to the live conference.
